PRICIES AND POLICIES

Vehicles, whether at camping sites or visiting for the day, must purchase and display properly either a Bader Park annual pass or a day use pass. These can be purchased in the office, the booth, or via the drop box at the gate for $7 dollars if the office is closed. If you don’t have exact cash and the office is closed, please use the QR code available on our drop box to purchase a day pass using a card.

DAY USE AND BEACH

-          Passes must be purchased before parking

-          ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and similar apparatuses are not allowed

-          The beach and day use ends at 8:00pm unless special permission is granted

-          Vehicles must stay on designated roadways and parking areas

-          Trash must be disposed of properly

-          Pets are not allowed on the beach or in the restrooms

-          Glass bottles are not allowed on the beach

-          Smoking is not allowed on the beach or playgrounds

PETS

-          As mentioned, pets are not allowed on the beach or in the restrooms

-          Pets must always be attended and on a leash

-          Clean up after your pet(s)

CAMPING

-          Reservations are to be paid for at the time of reservation

-          Check in any time after 2:00pm and out before 11:00am

-          Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 6:00am

-          Camping is allowed only at designated sites

-          Do not burn or put trash in the fire rings

-          Music is allowed but be respectful of the campers around you

-          Please dispose of trash in the dumpsters by the dump station and playground

-          Guests of yours must have a Bader Park vehicle pass (state park stickers are not valid)

-          Showers are fifty cents for three minutes

-          Bader Park shall not be listed as a temporary or permanent address

CANELATION AND MODIFICATIONS 

Cancelations at any time will result in a $7 cancelation fee. Reservations canceled within 1 week of the arrival date will also result in the loss of the first night. Cancelations the day before arrival are eligible for 50% of the reservation payment. Cancelations or no call/no shows on the day of arrival will not be eligible for a refund. Please let us know via a call or email as soon as possible if you need to move or modify your reservation. The earlier you let us know of changes, the more likely we can accommodate you.
 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The credit card number used for the reservations will be kept on file until after your site is unoccupied and inspection for damage from your group has been completed. If damage occurred, charges will be made to the invoice for your group; only failure to pay the damages included on the invoice will result in charges applied to your credit card held for this reason. 

Sites that are left trashed, graffitied, vandalized, or damaged in any way shape or form may be subjected to fines. You will be notified within one week of your check out date if you will be fined. To avoid these fines be sure to pick up all trash and dispose of it in a garbage receptacle and notify park staff of any damages before you check out.

Liability & Hold Harmless:

The Group shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Platte PEER Group and its officers and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "Claims") arising out of or caused by the Group's or its members negligence in connection with the use of Bader Park facilities. The Group shall not have waived or be deemed to have waived, by reason of this paragraph, any defense which it may have with respect to such Claims.
